Deatra Vailes is a Partner and serves as Chief Operating Officer for TritonPoint Wealth, LLC and is responsible for driving operational excellence and innovation throughout the firm. Specific focuses include technology and systems, operational risk management, investment/performance analytics & reporting, and other non-investment related business operations such as human resources, finance, vendor relations, and project management.

Prior to TritonPoint, Deatra was a Vice President, Business Operations Manager with Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, overseeing operations in a field office based in the Washington DC area. Over the years, she has held numerous senior management and strategy roles, and served on several management and operating committees.

Outside of work, Deatra enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
