Will Sterling is a Partner at TritonPoint Wealth. He focuses on leadership, leading in-house investment solutions and external management of public and private markets, and manager due diligence. Additionally, Will advises a select group of ultra-high-net-worth and non-profit clients.

Having more than two decades of experience in financial services, Will has previously held roles at United Capital and Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management serving as a voting member of both the Equity and Fixed Income Investment Committees, and was also responsible for alternative investment due diligence. Previously, Will held executive positions at Charles Schwab. Will began his career participating in the Analyst program at Morgan Stanley before becoming a member of their Special Situations Group focusing on investment opportunities across the capital structure.

Will graduated Cum Laude from George Washington University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Minors in International Affairs and Business Administration. He is married to his wife, Hilary, and has two children, Hanna and Trey.
